experimenting with cooked mixtures of meats and vegetables, developing sauces and dressings (white sauce, mayonnaise, marinades
of oils and seasonings), blending seasonings, and even writing cookbooks.
The stunning landscape of Greece inspired art, democracy, and some of the most delicious food that the Mediterranean has
to offer.
